PVCA VALENTINE LUNCHEON AT FLEMING’S

Paul and Sue Cope has reserved  SATURDAY, February 19th, for our Valentine Luncheon at Fleming’s in Victoria Gardens, Rancho Cucamonga.

This is a fabulous restaurant with delicious food.  We have been there before and it’s always been the highlight of the month.

The amount will be $75 per person, that includes all fees and 20% tip.

The lunch is $55 this year, plus the 5% admin/ room fee, tax and 20% gratuity, all that comes out to $75 per person.

The minimum is 30 and the max is 72.

SIGNATURE LUNCH

APPETIZERS served upon arrival

• SWEET CHILI CALAMARI lightly breaded, tossed with sweet chili sauce
• BURRATA WITH PROSCIUTTO charred campari tomatoes, prosciutto, wild arugula, toasted garlic crostini

STARTER choice of:

• CAESAR SALAD romaine, parmesan, fried capers, crispy prosciutto
• WEDGE SALAD bacon, campari tomatoes, red onion, danish blue cheese crumbles, blue cheese dressing, balsamic glaze

• 6 OZ FILET MIGNON & DIABLO SHRIMP baked with a spicy barbecue butter sauce
• MISO GLAZED CHILEAN SEA BASS sautéed with sesame-orange spinach & arugula, pickled red onion
• 8 OZ PRIME NEW YORK STRIP
• BREAST OF CHICKEN all-natural, roasted, white wine, mushroom, leek & thyme sauce
• CHICKPEA & EGGPLANT CROQUETTE housemade chickpea & roasted eggplant veggie patty, roasted cauliflower steak, arugula, campari tomatoes & romesco sauce
