We would love for you to bring out some beautiful Corvettes to show off! Again, note we are NOT seeking any monies just participation in our event. Disabled Veteran Empowerment Network (DVEN) presents the first edition of Cars + Camo Los Angeles supporting our disabled Veteran Community! Come support by bringing your favorite car out to the USS Iowa Sunday, September 18 from 10:00 to 15:00. Space is only limited to the first 75 cars that register.

WHO WE ARE The Rally4Vets program offers an opportunity for the motorsports enthusiast community to help reduce veteran suicides by raising the awareness level about veteran suicide and resources available to veterans dealing with PTSD. THE MISSION DVEN’s mission is to identify veteran organizations that are providing genuine support to the veteran community and provide monetary support to those programs.

THE VISION To make a meaningful difference in the lives of our Nation’s disabled veteran community by providing information and resources to increase their safety and independence and to enable them to have the best possible quality of life. Over 6,000 veterans and active-duty personnel take their own lives every year – that’s 20 lives every day. Almost one veteran lost every hour of every day. The Department of Defense conducts inter-Service sports competition in 23 sports, from archery to wrestling, but not in motorsports. The Rally4Vets Top Dog Championship program is the opportunity for veterans, active-duty personnel, family members, and just friends of a Service to come together in a friendly, low-risk environment to compete over the course of the year for bragging rights [Army-Navy football, right?] and to have their Service inscribed on the DVEN Top Dog Trophy.

CONNECTING THE DOTS Our goal is twofold… To use the motorsports platform to do our best to mitigate Veterans suffering from PTSD by providing them with service dogs to help with day-to-day life. Create ambassadors to continue to drive awareness towards the cause of Veterans suffering from PTSD. It is our goal to raise monies from our motorsport’s events, wellness events and sponsorships in order to fully fund service dogs going to Veterans.
